In the grand final, Eternal Fire surprised the audience and delighted their fans by defeating Team Liquid with a score of 3:1. The match took place as part of the CCT Season 1 Global Finals 2024.

In the decisive best-of-five (bo5) match, Eternal Fire displayed confidence against the more experienced players from Team Liquid. The first map ended with a convincing 13:5 victory, setting the tone for the entire series. Team Liquid managed to win only on the third map, Dust 2, in overtime, making a comeback after a poor first half of 3:9. However, in the decisive map, Nuke, overtime was also needed, but this time the Turks from Eternal Fire emerged stronger.
This victory brings Eternal Fire not only the title but also a solid cash prize of $250,000. Team Liquid, who finished in second place, receive $100,000. The tournament also awarded prizes for third and fourth places, which went to Astralis and GamerLegion, and distributed the remaining prize money among the teams that finished from fifth to eighth place.
